Outrage over a Spotify ad about Justin Bieber caused the streaming service to pull the post.
A sponsored ad began popping up on Instagram last week, declaring the pop star a "Latin King" after his new single, "Despacito," a remix of the hit by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee.
But the Canadian singer, who has even admitted he doesn't know the words to his own Spanish-language song, doesn't quite fit the bill.
"@Spotify, @justinbieber is not the new Latin King," one person wrote on Twitter. "He can't even sing in Spanish. Take that s--t ad off Instagram."

"So @Spotify thought it was a good idea to ignore every single Latinx artists & are instead call Justin Bieber a 'Latin king,'" wrote another. "Do better."
Spotify pulled the ad after backlash.
"We made a creative decision to feature Justin Bieber in our ad because we wanted to celebrate 'Despacito' as key cultural moment when music genres crossover," a Spotify spokesperson told the Daily News.
"We realized that this could be seen as culturally insensitive so we have pulled those ads."
