Video has emerged of a man wielding a machete outside the Principality Stadium in Cardiff this afternoon.
Police are seen pinning a man to the ground as a crowd watches on.
Officers wearing stab vests handcuff a man as a struggle breaks out and he once again on the floor.
Police are seen holding the machete as the man is bundled into the back of a police van.
George Petrov,23, told UniLad: "I was walking and I saw a security guy pull the person from the car. He was holding a machete inside the car. The security guys saw him and stopped him."
He said police arrived to the scene in "about 20 seconds".
40,000 people are expected at tonight's Justin Bieber concert in the Welsh capital.
The Canadian singer will perform at the Principality Stadium with gates opening at 5.30pm.
Roads around the area have been shut down ahead of the concert.
Westgate Street, Park Street and Scott Road will shut at 6pm and after the event parts of Cowbridge Road East, Castle Street, Duke Street and Wood Street will also be closed.
Security were seen searching concertgoers's bags as they queued up outside the stadium.
