Last year, punk cowgirl Lydia Loveless released her third studio album, Real, to glowing reviews. Here at Paste, we called the record an "examination of authenticity, dreams, goals, maturity, death and having the self-awareness to handle all those ups and downs."
While on tour to support Real, Loveless occasionally broke out a gripping solo rendition of Justin Bieber's megahit, "Sorry"—something we gleefully noted at the time with this video.

On Friday, Loveless dropped a new single, "Desire," and the unexpected B-side is her acoustic take on "Sorry," which Bieber took to No. 1 on the charts in 2015 with the help of producers Skrillex and Blood.
