But it seems as though the Love Yourself is ignoring all the drama as he prepared for his latest concert, in Isreal.

The 23 year old was spotted enjoying the sunshine as he emerged on a balcony, in Tel Aviv, topless.

But the star wasn't alone as he was joined by manager and close friend Scooter Braun.

The pair were seen sharing an embrace as they greeted each other at the hotel.

And fans went into meltdown over the intimate snaps.

Taking to Twitter, one wrote: "I can feel from this pic how much Justin missed Scooter. His loneliness while travelling must be really huge. Thinking of u (sic)."

Posting on Twitter, a user leaked the Baby singer's detailed rider requests – and some of them are very lavish. 

Included in the non-negotiable list is a personal Rolls Royce, luxury cars for his entire 120-strong entourage, a private jet and private hire of TWO five-star hotels.

It's also rumoured that star is having his very own 1,000 sq ft suite redesigned to his tastes – complete with jacuzzi, antique furniture, Mughal paintings and signature bedroom linen. 

He also reportedly requested a ping pong table, Playstation, massage table and his own personal masseuse to India for ultimate relaxation during a leg of his tour.

He will be able to de-stress in his suite with the help of an 'Indian yoga casket', which contains aromatic oils, incense sticks and books on chakras.

Backstage, Bieber has stated his dressing room must be draped entirely in white, and should contain 24 bottles of alkaline water, 6 cream sodas, 12 white handkerchiefs and half a gallon of almond milk – but NO lilies. 

Justin's rider requests come after he sparked rumours he had a new female in his life.

The blonde singer was reportedly spotted spending time with Hailee Steinfeld at a New York hotel, after the Met Gala.

According to TMZ, the pair are enjoying a "fresh" new romance and have only been dating for just over a month.

The site claims they were introduced by Pastor Carl Lentz - because they both attend his church.

However, a source close to the Pitch Perfect star told USWeekly that the pair are just friends – and the actress is still in a relationship with boyfriend Cameron Smoller.

Fans are now wondering if their meet up could in fact lead to a musical collaboration.
