Is Justin Bieber an N.C. State fan?

Bieber was spotted on the streets of New York wearing a cowboy hat, mustard jacket, red and white leggings and a pair of shorts that appear to have the N.C. State University logo.

The Canadian pop megastar, known for songs like "What Do You Mean?" and "Sorry," was photographed getting out of a black SUV on May 30. The pictures appeared in several media outlets and on multiple Twitter accounts.

The N.C. State connection just might be his pastor, Carl Lentz, who preaches at Hillsong NYC. Lentz walked on to the Wolfpack basketball team, 1998-00.

Bieber is on his third world tour.
