Justin Bieber Concert: Motorist urged to avoid roads around FNB stadium

JOHANNESBURG – The Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) say traffic is being diverted to alternative roads around the FNB stadium as fans make their way to the Justin Bieber concert.

The Biebs, who has a massive teen following, is performing in Johannesburg tonight before heading to Cape Town On hisPurpose world tour .

JMPD says the Soweto Highway has been blocked off between the N1 and Booysens Road and motorists travelling to Soweto are urged to use the N12 as an alternative road.

JMPD spokesperson Wayne Minaar says the roads will be reopened at 11 pm tonight.
