Jordan Ozuna, who has formerly been linked to Justin Bieber, has been spotted out and about with the 27-year-old rapper.
The former Hooters waiter is said to be "obsessed" with Kim Kardashian.
The brunette has even modelled for Kylie's brother-in-law Kanye West before.
Awkward.
Just like Kylie, 19, Jordan, 24, admits to having lip filler.
She revealed on her Tumblr account: "I had lips before so when I go I normally use maybe ¼ of a syringe, but I go to Sam at Advance Aesthetics."

It was revealed that Kylie and Tyga has split earlier this month.
A pal of the star confirmed their two-year romance had come to an end.
The insider said at the time: "They tend to take little breaks all the time and then get back together."
They continued telling People magazine: "It's definitely possible they'll work things out again."
Eek, it doesn't seem that way.
It has also been rumoured that Kylie has moved on with another rapper, Travis Scott, though.
The two, who reportedly had "a thing" in the past, are apparently getting closer again now that Kylie is single.
