For once, Justin Bieber has gotten some happy legal news!
On Monday, it was revealed that the Sorry singer has officially been let off the hook for allegedly head butting a man. Talk about catching a break!

In case you forgot, the pop star was accused of striking a man in the face for filming him while he rough housed with pal Kyle Massey. While there was video footage of the incident, the supposed victim never caught the head butt on camera. Huh.
According to TMZ, the Biebs' lawyers refused to let their A-list client sit down with the El Lay County Sheriff's Department. Not to mention, since the alleged victim didn't want to press charges against the Love Yourself artist in the first place, he went more than radio silent as the police looked into the situation.
Apparently, since the cops couldn't get a statement from the Canadian-born hitmaker and didn't have a victim to protect, the police dropped the case. We can only imagine how happy Justin is that he doesn't have to deal with ANOTHER legal matter.
Take the W, man!
