Justin Bieber is NOT "distraught" over Selena Gomez and The Weeknd's supposed "summer wedding," despite a speculative story. As Gossip Cop has already reported, there is no wedding in the works, so there's no reason for him to be upset. This is just fake news piled on top of previous fake news.
The speculation comes from Celeb Dirty Laundry, which states in a headline, "Selena Gomez And The Weeknd Plan 2017 Summer Wedding: Justin Bieber Distraught, Realizes His True Love's Gone Forever?" It says in the accompanying story, "Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are reportedly planning a summer wedding, news that's sure to drive Justin Bieber up the wall if it's anywhere close to being true."
Well, it's NOT true. Gossip Cop first busted this days ago when In Touchpublished a cover story falsely claiming Gomez and The Weeknd are having an August wedding. CDL has now picked up the already-debunked claims. After regurgitating the misinformation, the site asserts, "Justin probably refreshes Selena's name every night before going to bed, hoping that Selena somehow dumps the Weeknd and comes to her senses, running back to him."
That's pathetic… the webloid, we mean. The online outlet has not only spread a fabricated tabloid story, but also made assumptions about Bieber's reaction to claims that aren't even true. Neither action was necessary. But Gossip Cop isn't surprised by it. After all, this is the same site that made up a story about Bieber cheating on Gomez with Hailey Baldwin.
