He's sported a bizarre ensemble of a white tank pulled up as a crop top, red tracksuit pants, nana spectacles and a necklace while on the beach in Brazil.
The top of Biebs' white Calvin Klein underwear was visible under his trackies, which he teamed with a pair of white sneakers, showing off his abs and tattoos.
Seemingly inspired by rapper Eminem, Bieber has a short, peroxide blonde hair cut.
The What Do You Mean singer showed off his latest ink, including an eagle across his stomach in the mismatched outfit.

Sales of tracksuit pants in Australia have actually risen by 200 per cent on shopping site The Iconic in the past 12 months, while popular e-retailers Stylerunner and ASOS have also recorded a spike in demand for the sporty staple.

A spokeswoman for theiconic.com.au said demand for tracksuit bottoms had more than doubled compared to a year ago — and Bieber-inspired red is a key trend.

Bieber, 23, is back in Brazil where he is performing his Purpose world tour in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo.
But he could face legal woes while he is in the country, after he was charged with a "crime against the city order and cultural heritage" for spraying graffiti on a wall at the Hotel Nacional in 2013.
The case had been suspended until the Canadian singer re-entered the country.
"With the news that the singer will be returning to Brazil, the Prosecution Service requested that the court issue a writ of summons in his name," Rio's the Public Prosecution Service said in a statement.
"The request is so that the accused is made aware of the charges."
