BIEBER fever hit Perth last night as 25,000 screaming teenage girls packed Perth Oval for the pop idol's Purpose World Tour.
In true Justin Bieber style, the 23-year-old hit the stage 40 minutes late, to ear-piercing screams and declarations of love from fans.
He kicked off his set rising from the floor of the stage with Mark My Word, dressed in a white jacket and grey hoodie from his own tour merchandise.

Biebs turned the show into a dance party with a techno number and light display, featuring smoke and fireworks to wow the audience.
The Canadian then slowed things down with an acoustic guitar and red velvet couch, proving he is not just all show and can actually sing, with fan favourite Love Yourself.
But he would not be the Bieber we know and love without taking time mid-concert to complain about something.
Looking back at his crew and scolding them about his guitar not being tuned properly and saying, "it's like a deaf person tuned this guitar."
It is Bieber's third time to Perth after playing at the Burswood Dome in 2011 and Perth Arena in 2013.
In his tour around Europe and the US, Bieber was accused of lip-syncing and looking bored and miserable.
Unfortunately, I found his Perth show much the same with the singer unable to connect with the audience, looking like he wanted to be elsewhere and rushing through his chart-topping songs.
The lack of passion from Bieber did not seem to bother the sea of dedicated fans, who were impressed with the pyrotechnics, light displays and loud music.
The singer did take time to raise awareness around depression and mental illness, trying to connect with the audience about his own battles to "get up in the morning".
Biebs ended his show with his successful single Baby.
There is no doubt Bieber has talent, but his cooler than cool demeanour and spoilt attitude left me disappointed with his performance.
Sorry Biebs, but I am not a Belieber.
