In case you don't remember, THREE YEARS AGO Justin Bieber and crew naively egged one of his Calabasas neighbor's houses. According to TMZ, the neighbor is even claiming Justin spit on him, ya know causing irreparable damage. Check out the mess above!

Anyway, What began assumedly as a practical joke, clearly went way awry and resulted in the young celeb being hit with a felony lawsuit.Bieber ended up pleading no contest to the charge, resulting in two years of probation, community service, anger management, and a cool $80,900 in restitution-casual.

Think that's it? Nope! Justin's neighbor clearly won't rest until every last dollar is milked from this incident. You better believe it! The musician is now being hit with an emotional distress lawsuit. Of course the star and his team of lawyers claim this charge is total BULLSH*T!

Bieber and his crew are taking a note from the current state of the union and pulling a total Trump. TMZ reports that Justin's lawyer is citing president elect Donald Trump's Order of Protection, in his Trump University lawsuit, saying, "sometimes privacy in lawsuits is a good thing."

This recent deposition video provided by TMZ may be causing this reaction.

Apparently the star doesn't want this video getting around for the sake of himself and his career. Bieb's lawyers are rightly assuming that the affected neighbor is pissed off and will likely make a huge ruckus concerning sed deposition. I guess if it's working for Trump, why can't Bieber pull the same card? Why does Justin have to deal with the various negative backlashes negative PR like this can cause, when the man next tasked with running our country gets a free pass?
