After Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's public spat over Justin quitting Instagram this summer, it became clear that Jelena is forever DONEZO. But that doesn't mean we can't look back at the good ol' days when Justin and Selena were young and in love — and imagine the beautiful road trips they might have taken if the two had remained a couple.
One genius fan has used their master video editing skills to give us a glimpse of that alternate reality, splicing together footage from Justin and Selena's solo Carpool Karaoke spots to create a make-believe couple cam. It's the perfect dashboard simulation of Jelena's happiest times, when they might have rocked out together en route to the recording studio or a film premiere.
You can imagine it all too well: Justin would tease Selena about her daily ginger shots. Selena would make Justin laugh with her passenger-seat dance moves.
