Justin Bieber storms off stage after fans won't stop screaming

Justin Bieber was icier than cold water at his latest concert after fans refused to stop screaming.

The fuming popstar tossed away his microphone and stormed off stage Sunday after fans at his Manchester, England show wouldn't stop yelling despite his pleas, according to Billboard.

"I appreciate all the support, I appreciate love, I appreciate the kind things," Bieber reasoned with his audience. "But the screaming in these breaks has got to stop. Please and thank you. I don't think it's necessary when I'm trying to say something and you guys are screaming."

He then sauntered off stage, producing a booming thud with his microphone as it hit the ground. The audience continued to shriek even as he departed, with a few boos ringing in.

Bieber, 22, eventually returned to continue to his set, explaining his abrupt exit resulted from a lack of respect from those who bought tickets to his show.

"The reason why I got upset is because I travelled across the whole world to come here and I dedicated my life to this," he said. "I dedicated my life to performing, I dedicate my life to bringing smiles to people's faces, and I feel like people just aren't giving me the same respect back, and courtesy. That's all."

The incident was merely the latest chapter in the saga between Bieber and his fans. Last week, the "Cold Water" singer reprimanded fans in Birmingham, England for screaming while he was trying to talk between songs.

"Guys can you do me a favor, can you guys just relax for like two seconds?" he requested. "I'm like 2 feet away from you, I can hear you."

"I appreciate all the love, it's amazing, but can you show it in a different way? Screaming is just so obnoxious."

He also left a performance in Norway last year after just one song when fans reached toward him as he tried to mop up spilled water on the stage. He was expected to perform at least five songs at that gig, which was being filmed for a Norwegian talk show called "Senkveld."

Bieber's sprawling "Purpose Tour" continues Monday night with the singer returning to Birmingham.
