Justin Bieber has leased this fabulous brick mansion in The Bishops Avenue, commonly referred to as Billionaire's Row. The Hampstead house will be the star's London base.

There are plenty of rooms to put up all his mates, including 15 bedrooms. The grounds include a beautiful grass tennis court.

The vast lobby has a vaulted ceiling, grand staircase and open fire.

White on white is a theme for the formal sitting room, with a black chandelier to add a bit of drama.

Fancy dinner parties should be no problem, but he may need a hand with the cooking.

And this is where everyone can retreat after dinner to watch a movie.

The wood-panelled den has its own open fire.

And what an amazing bedroom - it's large enough for a four-poster and separate sitting area.

Dark-veined marble creates a very dramatic bathroom.

Coloured lighting enlivens the indoor pool and spa - perfect for entertaining during a cool English summer.

It's not exactly the setting where you can imagine lots of giggly, ditzy teenage girls hanging out to get a glimpse of their idol.

But The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead, London, commonly known as Billionaire's Row, is where 22-year-old Justin Bieber is going to be living when he's in England.

The star has leased this huge mansion through Glentree, and the Daily Mail reports he will be paying £108,000 (NZ$132,000) a month for the privilege. He is reported to be planning to split his time between London and California.

The house was built by a British sugar tycoon in 1910 and was sold last year to an anonymous buyer for $30.7m, which was a quarter of its original asking price.

There's almost something creepy about the dark veining of the marble down the bathtub and across the floor.

The house sits on more than 10,000 square metres, and comes with a tennis court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a home cinema, steam room with sauna and a wine cellar. And you don't have to worry about parking when you come to visit – the driveway can accommodate 50 cars.

A recent report by global real estate consultancy Knight Frank said that more wealthy homeowners in London are opting to rent out their homes on the back of a double dose of sales tax hikes and uncertainty over Brexit.
