The TV star stylishly rolled up his jeans - teasing his slender ankles and numerous anklets whilst donning a pair of grey canvas shoes as he listened to music.
Looking every inch a Canadian dude, Tom paired his look with a matching orange backpack, statement long necklace and black baseball cap as he glided on his board.

In June, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the English actor had become a series regular on The CW show The Flash.
Currently filming season three of the superhero drama, Tom stars as Julian Dorn in the series which will be back on screens on October 4.
Julian is a CSI at Central City Police Department who believes there's more to Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) than his glowing reputation.
As Barry has secretly been acting as the Flash, there's reason to Julian's curiosity.
Meanwhile, the film star was recently promoting his latest movie Risen, a biblical epic starring Joseph Fiennes and Clavius.
However, his biggest role this year looks to be A United Kingdom, inspired by the true story of Prince Seretse Khama of Botswana, who caused controversy when he married a white woman, Ruth Williams Khama, in the Forties.
Tom plays a character called Rufus Lancaster alongside David Oyelowo as the Prince and Rosamund Pike as Ruth.
