Justin Bieber's Instagram may be down, but his penis is certainly up. Even after deleting his account on the social media platform, the singer and his dick are still somehow creating a frenzy.
Case in point: Today (Aug. 18, 2016), one of Bieber's nudes surfaced on former fling Chantel Jeffries' Instagram account. The picture, which was taken by Bieber himself and presumably sent to Jeffries, shows the 22-year-old masturbating with his right hand and sticking his tongue out for the camera.
"I love you Justin 😍😘," the caption read. Bieber's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, was also tagged in the NSFW photo, with her name popping up right on the Canadian crooner's shaft.
Both the selfie and Jeffries' account were deleted just 15 minutes after the NSFW snapshot surfaced online. However, as everyone knows, everything on the internet is forever.
According to Jeffries, she did not post the picture. She claims her Instagram was hacked.

"Whoever hacked my Instagram account has got me so fucked up right now," she said in a Snapchat video explaining the situation. "This is why I like Snapchat because nobody can pretend to be me."
Of course, this was not the first time the world saw Bieber's man-parts. Just earlier this month, Bieber was photographed letting his trouser snake hang out when he went skinny dipping with a gal pal in Hawaii.
Currently, Bieber is in Japan with 17-year-old girlfriend, Sofia Richie. Bieber was briefly linked to Jeffries in 2014. She was in the passenger seat of his car when Bieber infamously got arrested for DUI in Miami.
