Miley Cyrus famously poked fun of the fact that she's celeb doppelgangers with Biebs, but she's not alone. It's not just her Bieber-esque haircut or the fact that he dresses like every other reasonably attractive male walking around West Hollywood. He also looks like a lot of very, very attractive women including Miley.

What's so strange about this whole thing is that Bieber doesn't look particularly feminine. As a young boy, sure.
