GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A woman who paid big bucks for VIP Purpose Tour tickets to visit with Justin Bieber in Greensboro Wednesday night gets a major disappointment.
Her VIP access was not only canceled, but she says she hasn't been refunded the $1,000 she paid.
A representative with at the Greensboro Coliseum says they were told in April that Justin Bieber was canceling all his meet and greets. Everyone who bought the tickets, mostly through Ticketmaster, should have been refunded for the meet and greet portion.
Bieber's management company Bkstg posted a notice saying Bieber and his team decided to cancel meet and greets because he wanted to save all of his energy for his shows and that people need to contact the point of purchase to get a refund.
That, according to a Coliseum rep, should be Ticketmaster. WFMY has reached out to the company -- as well as Bkstg and have not heard back as of Wednesday night.
The Coliseum rep. says they didn't have any other complaints about refunds.
