Kanye West's controversial "Famous" video has been in the news for some time now. Recently, BBC Radio 1 gathered many celebrities together to make "Safe-for-Work" (SFW) copy of the clip that doesn't have anything disrespectful matter in it.
According to Rolling Stone, the new video is a cuddlier version of the original video and has many celebrities just casually talking while lying down in bed.
The celebrities featured in the video include Justin Bieber, Meghan Trainor, 5SOS, Craig David, Cheryl Cole, Carly Rae Jepsen and many more.
Bieber can be seen talking about his "perfect symmetrical face" while lying in bed with singer Cheryl Cole. He has recently been accused of moping his way through an ongoing music tour but in the video, he can be seen enjoying a little conversation with the 33-year-old British singer.
Many other stars can be spotted joking about their own videos. Carly Rae Jepsen tries to talk to Nick Jonas about her "I Really Like You" in the video but struggles in between to actually remember how many times to say "really."
Representatives from BBC recently said that they had watched the West's original video and didn't really like it as for them it was very weird. So, they decided to make SFW version of the video featuring a lot of well-known celebrities.
Apart from BBC Radio 1, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel, who are late-night show hosts, also created a parody of the video and released it in June.
West's original video was criticised a lot for being too outrageous. The video had featured lookalike model of celebrities including Rihanna, Donald Trump, and even Taylor Swift.
It seems that West gave a new angle to the long-running feud with the "Style" singer. Taylor Swift had expressed being horrified at Kanye West for using a lookalike model of hers. She was very frustrated with West and it felt like a nightmare to her. It was also reported that all the celebrities that had been featured in the video had a feud with West in the past in some way or the other.
