"Not bad boys," Bieber, 22, captioned an Instagram photo of himself wakeboarding on Monday, July 4, in his nearly see-through tighty-whities.
The "Sorry" singer was in Miami for his concert on July 3 and to celebrate the Fourth of July, and was joined by a few pals, including Pretty Little Liars' Ashley Benson.
On Sunday, the "Love Yourself" singer also briefly reunited with his previous fling Kourtney Kardashian at nightclub entrepreneur David Grumman's birthday bash. According to a partygoer, the two danced and sang to Bieber's tracks in the DJ booth together at Story nightclub, but things didn't seem romantic.
Bieber's been most recently linked to Transformers actress Nicola Peltz, who was spotted with him in Miami on Sunday. The pair first stepped out together in May for dinner at Mastro's in Beverly Hills before she visited his hometown of Toronto. "The two have been chatting for a bit now," an insider previously told Us. "He's really into her."
Bieber previously dated Hailey Baldwin and Selena Gomez.
