Justin Bieber Lookalike Toby Sheldon Autopsy Released

The man who became famous for spending over $100,000 on plastic surgery to look like Justin Bieber died in August 2015 from a combination of pain killers, alcohol, and anti-anxiety medication, says a newly released autopsy report.

Tobias Strebel, who was better known by the name Toby Sheldon, 35, was found dead in a San Fernando Valley motel room in August 2015 after he was reported missing the week prior. According to an autopsy report released July 25, 2016 by The Los Angeles County Coroner, Strebel's cause of death was listed as "multiple drug intoxication," including alcohol and a cocktail of prescription drugs, The L.A. Times reports.

Strebel had several drugs in his system at the time of his death, including Xanax, Valium, and sleeping pill Temazepam, as well as alcohol, according to the Independent. The overdose was reportedly accidental, and police did not suspect murder after finding no signs of trauma.

Strebel gained fame after appearing on shows like Botched and My Strange Addiction, discussing his goal of looking identical to singer Justin Bieber. His plastic surgery procedures, which cost over $100,000, included hair transplants, a chin reduction, and lip procedures, among others.

"Some people buy fancy cars or fancy mansions," Strebel told TLC in 2014, Independent reports. "What I do with my money is I get surgery to look more like Justin Bieber."

Strebel, who was from Germany, had come to the U.S. in order to pursue a singing career. Along with the work he gained from being a Bieber lookalike, Strebel also worked at a nursing home.

Before he was reported missing and ultimately found dead, Strebel had reportedly had a fight with his boyfriend, which TMZ reports may have triggered his disappearance.

Investigators found a bottle labeled "Vitamin C" inside a desk in the motel room which contained anxiety and seizure medication Diazepam. Lab results of Strebel also found Ativan, codeine, and morphine in the man's liver.

"For all the slings and arrows put forth against him, he always held his head high," said Strebel's manager, Gina Rodriguez. "He had a genuine talent and love for songwriting and it showed in everything he did."
