Justin Bieber is taking his Purpose World Tour all over the globe, from North America to Europe and Asia. But, for now, he's had to put a pause on plans to venture down to South America for very good reasons: the law.
Arrest Warrant Issued for Justin Bieber in Argentina
On Monday, Bieber apologized to his Argentinian fans, saying he'd love to visit them again but is currently prevented from doing so due to "legal conditions" in the nation.

Specifically, Bieber can't travel south because a warrant was issued for his arrest in Argentina last year when a judge claimed the singer failed to respond to a court summons related to a 2013 incident in which he allegedly ordered bodyguards to attack a photographer. If convicted of causing injuries in the case, Bieber could face anywhere from one month to six years in prison; four months after the warrant was issued, the judge revoked it, though the charges still stand.
Argentinian beliebers I would like nothing more than to bring the #purposetour there but until the legal conditions change there I can't.

Argentina I do love you. It is in fact one of my favorite places to tour. I wish this was not the case. My lawyers say it is what it is.

Justin Bieber's Purpose Tour Has Earned Over $40 Million (So Far)
The singer also had to apologize on Twitter in 2013 for seemingly disrespecting the nation's flag when he appeared to throw it on the ground and sweep it away with his foot. Insulting Argentina's flag is a crime punishable by up to four years in prison.
If things were to change I would love to come but at this time I cannot. For everyone else in South America I look forward to seeing you
