Oh no! Justin Bieber is being sued for $650,000 over a cancelled club appearance according to news reports! Eeek!
The star pulled out of an appearance at Beachclub in Montreal, Canada back in August. According to TMZ Justin backed out of the gig after Team productions wanted to negotiate a lower rate due to the singer not promoting the event on social media. He had apparently been promised $250,000 when he signed the deal and then another $175,000 before he travelled to Canada for the event.
The singer tweeted his apologies to the fans who had been looking forward to seeing him - "Montreal due to the promoter of today's event breaking his contract and lying I will not be able to attend today's event. I'm sorry" as well as tweeting, "I look forward to coming back to Montreal in the future to do a proper show but I will not be able to attend 2day due to this breach." The company claimed his tweets caused damages to their livelihood and reputation. Eeek!
TMZ reports that Team Productions are seeking $650,000 because no one wants to work with them following Justin's scathing tweets. Eeek!
