Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have made some giddy, loved-up appearances in New York recently, but today's cameo seemed to take place on a sadder note. The couple, who became engaged last month, were seen getting emotional during a bike ride and while out at a restaurant.
The pair was spotted taking a pause while riding bikes on Manhattan's West Side Highway. Baldwin appeared to be consoling Bieber as he held his face in his hands. At one point, she also covered her face and they leaned on each other. Bieber looked a bit red as the pair resumed biking.

Later on, they were seen getting emotional again in a cafe in the city, according to more photos on TMZ. The couple sat by the window and Justin was seen holding Hailey's face as she appeared to tear up. Beiber was also seen wiping his face with his shirt.
It's unknown why the couple got emotional, and the pair didn't publicly address the moments on social media. However, Hailey shared a photo of her and Justin kissing in a hot tub onto her Instagram story this afternoon with the caption, "MY LOVE."

It seems like whatever rough patch they went through today has been resolved.
