Justin Bieber was photographed wearing the sunglasses he allegedly took from a guy who is now suing him over the ensuing fight and The Blast has obtained the pic that started it all.
As The Blast first reported, Bieber is being sued by Tobias Cannon over a fight that went down during the NBA Finals in Cleveland on June 8, 2016. Cannon took a photo of Bieber after the singer allegedly swiped his shades and claims that Bieber became irate over the photo and attacked him.
The Blast has obtained the photo Cannon took (above right) which shows Bieber walking down the street wearing the sunglasses Cannon claims were his. The $500 pair of Versace shades disappeared after the incident, Cannon claims, but Cannon was photographed wearing them on his Instagram page on the day of the alleged incident (above left).
During the altercation, Cannon claims Bieber made "threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people including racial epithets." Our source says the racial epithet used by Bieber was the "N-word."
Cannon filed a police report following the fight outside of Justin Bieber's hotel, claiming he suffered a concussion during the melee.
Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, responded to the N-word allegations on Twitter, calling the allegations "completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years."
The lawsuit is ongoing.
