Missed the Billboard Music Awards? Check out the big winners on this special night.
From joy to tears, the 2018 Billboard Music Awards didn't fail to disappoint.
This year's edition of he BBMAs had it all. There was the touching tribute to gun violence victims from Khalid and Shawn Mendes. Camila Cabello, who continues to dominate the charts, put on a sassy performance of "Sangria Wine" with Pharell, and at the same time, made us wonder why that single wasn't included on Cabello's debut LP, Camila.
While the new school of music certainly flexed itscreative chops, the real stars of the night were the artists who paved the way for the likes of Cabello and Taylor Swift, who was Mendes' "surprise guest," to rule the Billboard Charts today.
No one will soon forget Janet Jackson giving a performance that instantly transported anyone over 30 back to their youth. And to close out the show, Salt N' Pepa and En Vogue showed everyone that they still have what it takes to command a crowd.
In a lot of ways, the performances overshadowed the awards itself, as they usually do. So for those who were too mesmerized by Mendes' heavenly voice, or missed the show altogether to watch the Houston Rockets get their butts handed to them in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, here's the complete list of the big winners from a night paved with gold.
