In the opening you state 'from studying the past you can see the future', can you talk more about how past defines the future?
I'm a firm believer that history always repeats itself. Nothing is new under the sun. So I always draw inspiration and take notes from those who have done it before me. I learned that in order to be better than the greats you must study them.
You say diversity is a trend in fashion right now, how do we ensure this trend becomes the future?
One way to ensure this trend becomes the future is by continuing the conversation and using our voices and power. Everyone working together and empowering each other will support and push diversity.
Can you define personal style? How do you find ?
My personal style is always a direct reflection of my mood and feelings. I love to always be comfortable while still understanding the power of my physical appearance. I feel that people should dress the way they want to be addressed. Your look is your first impression before you even speak and should reflect who you are.
How does WANA play a role in the future? What can people do to contribute and help empower the kids of the org?
