Today, Justin Bieber took to social media to share a pretty ambiguous message about stars and their 'glamorous lifestyles.' It looks like the singer felt like throwing some shade while warning the fans that the lives celebrities often portray are only a façade that hides a lot of sadness and pain.
'Hey world, that glamorous lifestyle you see portrayed by famous people on Instagram do not be fooled thinking their life is better than yours I can promise you it's not!' the singer wrote.
Considering that the Met Gala, which is packed with stars took place on Monday evening, a lot of social media users assumed the 24-year-old was talking about the event and those in attendance.
Justin Bieber has attended the Met Gala before, back in 2015 and he even showed up at an after-party with his shirt unbuttoned the next year.
'They prob all had a sh** time at the met, but they gotta look happy on the gram,' one fan commented on Justin's post, agreeing with his statement.
At the same time, other users noted that two of Justin's exes, Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin attended the event last night.
Selena showed up by herself but then hung out with Gigi Hadid and Kylie Jenner, while Hailey debuted her new romance with Shawn Mendez.
Some fans took the message as being a reaction to the way social media makes most of its users feel sometimes.
