Looking for a Farrell home? Only four move-in ready homes are available

According to Sara Goldfarb of Farrell Building Company, 11 Farrell homes have either sold or went into contract in the first quarter of this year—which leaves only four move-in ready homes available for sale by the Hamptons-based development brand. While there are still properties or under-construction homes that for sale, only four of those properties could be moved into upon purchase.

Several of the homes that have sold in the last quarter have celebrity ties. The home at 423 Parsonage Lane in Sagaponack—an eight-bedroom, 10-bath estate that was last asking around $12 million—was once the temporary residence of pop artist, Justin Bieber.

Bieber wanted to stay in Farrell's own estate—which is now on the market for $50 million—but it wasn't available.

At 280 Highland Terrace in Bridgehampton, a 12,000-square-foot home now exists where Real Housewife Countess Luanne's previous Hamptons house once stood. New England Patriots CEO, Bob Kraft, spent $90,000 to stay four nights last summer at the now-sold home at 47 Crescent Avenue in Water Mill.

Buyers of the Bridgehampton and Water Mill homes were brought by Saunders Real Estate agents Terry Cohen and Chris Covert, respectively.

It should be noted that of the 11 homes that have either sold or are soon closing, two of them were Farrell homes in Florida.

Goldfarb told Curbed:

[Each of the homes] were all beautifully staged and buyers are purchasing the furniture with the home. Time is a luxury—people want to move right in. ... The sales continue to solidify the role of the broker in purchasing luxury real estate on the East End. People can search on their own and find all the information via the internet, but the relationships and trusted guidance still matter.

The four homes that are available are located at 184 Bluff Road in Amagansett ($6,495,000), 25 New Ground Lane in Water Mill ($4,495,000), 344 Old Sag Harbor Road in Bridgehampton ($3,995,000), and 200 Cove Hollow Road in East Hampton ($3,995,000).
