Justin Bieber considers himself something of a walking canvas. Earlier today, the 24-year-old pop star took to Instagram to share a cropped-in shirtless selfie, proudly showing off his heavily-inked arms and torso while figuratively puffing out his chest in the caption.
"If [tattoos] didn't hurt everyone would have them. Well maybe not [everyone]!!" he writes. "Over a hundred hours of [hard] work on my body and I wouldn't take back a single one. I absolutely love art and [I've] made my body a canvas and it's so much fun."
In the snap, many of his most notorious etchings are on full display, from the roaring grizzly bear and lion on either pectoral muscle to the "Son of God" lettering emblazoned above his abdomen. One tattoo that's noticeably out of frame? The small portrait of his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez on his left wrist. Whether intentionally obscured—or a mere coincidence—one thing's for certain: Head-to-toe ink is a calling card for the Biebs.
