Justin Bieber is a changed man, and his faith is very important. The singer took to social media to share what he believes Easter is really all about.
Bieber shared with his many Instagram followers a sermon on the meaning of the holiday and how religion has impacted his life for the better – which is why we should stop celebrating the Easter Bunny?
'JESUS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. EASTER ISN'T ABOUT A BUNNY; IT'S A REMINDER THAT JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS FOR MY SINS AND ROSE FROM THE DEAD TO DEFEAT DEATH!' Justin wrote in all caps.
Justin Bieber has been pretty open about faith ever since he turned to God and started going to church.
Back in October of last year he even posted a tribute to his church leader Josh Mehl, showing his gratitude for how much he has changed his life for the better.
'I have learned so much from you. I am a better man because of you. I am a much better friend because of you. You have been an example of what Following Jesus looks really like, and I am so grateful that I get to walk through life knowing you!' he wrote.
That being said, today, Justin talked more about his faith.
'I BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED, AND IT CHANGES EVERYTHING! I AM SET FREE FROM BONDAGE AND SHAME! I'M A CHILD OF THE HIGHEST GOD AND HE LOVES ME EXACTLY WHERE I AM HOW AM FOR WHO I AM.'
But that does not mean that he cannot have some fun with the commercial version of the holiday.
Bieber returned to his account later only to post a pic of him wearing Easter bunny gag sunglasses while also holding a stuffed bunny.

'Remember when i said easter isn't about bunnies…well, i lied,' he captioned the snap.
