Champion and Bieber were filmed getting close in the VIP section of Craig David's concert. Entertainment Tonightreports that Bieber was "seen with his arm wrapped around her waist during one song, and she was spotted dancing up on him throughout the show."
They were photographed by paparazzi out together later. Champion was also shot allegedly leaving Bieber's place. Bieber likely met her through his friend Patrick Schwarzenegger, who's dating the model's sister, Abby Champion. Bieber and Schwarzenegger went to a premiere together last Thursday.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world in Sydney, Bieber's maybe-girlfriend Gomez was photographed sleeping on her friend's Instagram story.

The two have been taking space the last few weeks and some sources claim they were never actually official. Another source told Entertainment Tonight that Jelena was still on. It's likely this night on the town is fair game since they're on a break and not exclusive. If it isn't, Gomez and Bieber can have their Ross-Rachel, "we were on a break" argument when Gomez returns from Australia.
