Part-time party pad:Justin Bieber downsizes to £39k-a-month West Hollywood rental home

Pop star Justin Bieber has moved into a new rental home in West Hollywood.

Estimated to be worth £12.8 million, the 6,000sq ft house is apparently listed for rent at an eye-watering £39,000 a month.

Amazingly, this is a downsize from the Beverly Hills house the 23-year-old was renting previously.

His new part-time pad has three bedrooms, a cinema and an infinity pool with views of Los Angeles. Perched just above Sunset Strip, it is the stuff of rock'n'roll dreams.
