Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi and Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee took the stage at the 2018 Grammys to play their smash hit "Despacito," however one singer's absence was noticed by many.
Justin Bieber, who provided vocals on the "Despacito" remix, was not on stage with Fonsi and Yankee, who sang the original version in Spanish instead of the remix.
Many viewers took to social media to share their feelings about Bieber's lack of presence on stage:
Justin Bieber could not make it tonight on account he still can't remember the lyrics to Despacito. #GRAMMYs
