HollywoodLife claims to know the "exclusive" details of how Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are "making their long-distance romance work." The unreliable webloid, however, has no insight into the pair's relationship. Gossip Cop can expose the site's made-up story.
Gomez is currently on a press tour in London, while her on-again, off-again boyfriend remains back home in Los Angeles, and HollywoodLife purports to have learned how the two are dealing with the distance. The untrustworthy blog quotes a so-called "insider" as saying, "They have been staying connected daily by texting and Facetiming. Justin's been trying to play it cool with Selena and not seem too excited or anxious about the status of their relationship."
The alleged source adds, "Now that they've rekindled their relationship, he misses her when she is away and can't wait to see her when she gets home." Of course, there's nothing revelatory or enlightening about any of these supposed tidbits. The extent of HollywoodLife's "exclusive" information about the pair's long-distance relationship is that it includes "texting and Facetiming." Regardless of how Gomez and Bieber chose to stay in touch, Gossip Cop is assured that no one close to either singer has spoken to the webloid about their methods. The site's article is nothing but nonspecific guesswork about their time apart.
In fact, this is now HollywoodLife's second made-up story surrounding the pop star traveling to Europe. Earlier on Tuesday, Gossip Cop called out the site for making up bogus details about Bieber "missing" Gomez while she's in London. Shortly before that, we busted the blog for manufacturing a phony reason why Bieber didn't attend Gomez's recent Billboard event. Once again, no one in the pair's trusted inner circle is providing these scoops to a website known for making up stories about them.
