Whether you love or hate Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez together, one thing's for sure: You have an opinion. No one is just "meh" about Jelena 3.0. It's not like they're a Honda CR-V or the mozzarella sticks at Applebee's. Their relationship always gets a reaction out of people. I've made my thoughts about them well-known—and they're not good, #Abelena4Ever—and so has the rest of their diehard fanbases. It's pretty much all they can talk about.
Which is why Gomez's recent comments on the red carpet at the 2017 Billboard Women in Music event are so perplexing. Here's what she said when asked how Bieber has impacted the person she is today:
"I don't think anyone truly actually cares. I think, for me, what's
been great is that I've been able to live the life that I've wanted
for myself, and that doesn't always look the way people think it
should look. But it's not really my concern anymore. Look, my family is
great. My health is great. I love deeply, and that's just who I am.
I'm not really ashamed."

Do you see that? That's five people whose hearts nearly exploded because Gomez and Bieber patched things up. And there are plenty more responses where these came from. That doesn't look like "not caring" to us...
