The head of security for singer Justin Bieber was arrested on a DUI charge Thursday after leaving the scene of an accident that injured two Miami-Dade Police officers.
Michael Arana, 32, faces multiple charges including DUI causing property damage or injury, and leaving the scene of an accident.
The crash happened in West Kendall, and Arana reportedly rear-ended the police cruiser, according to the Miami Herald.
Two officers were taken to the hospital, but they since have been discharged and are recovering at home, the Miami-Dade Police Department said on Twitter.
This isn't Arana's first time getting in trouble with the law. TMZ reported that the security guard allegedly attacked a Florida cop in 2013.
Arana has reportedly been Bieber's bodyguard for years. In 2014, Arana was seen leaving jail with Bieber after the star was arrested in Miami Beach. Bieber was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving without a valid license and resisting arrest without violence, WPLG reported.
Bieber pleaded guilty to the lesser charges and donated $50,000 to a youth charity as part of the plea deal, according to WPLG.
