After his Miami concert, The Weeknd is suddenly single

Who knew when The Weeknd was in Miami performing last week that he would soon be single?

Not us.

The "Starboy" singer (real name Abel Tesfaye) stopped at the AmericanAirlines Arena last Tuesday, Oct. 24, for his Legend of the Fall 2017 World Tour, and things between him and Selena Gomez seemed to be going well. Though the former Disney star did post a selfie about a week ago and the Canadian crooner was nowhere in sight.

And just like that, we hear they're done.

On Sunday, Gomez spent the entire day with ex Justin Bieber while The Weeknd was busy unfollowing people associated with Selena on social media such as her best friend/kidney transplant donor Francia Raisa. Shout-out to fan site Daily Gomez Dose for noticing.

Bieber and Gomez were off-and-on for several years before finally calling it quits in 2014.

The Weeknd posted a picture of himself on Instagram after news broke that the two had broken up, and he was looking on the sad side.

But on Wednesday, TMZ reported that Tasfaye was the one to split with Selena, not vice versa.

And the reason had to do with geography: They weren't spending enough time together and have been flaming out since the summer.
