Are Justin Bieber and Paola Paulin hooking up or dating? Depends on who you ask.

Bieber and Paulin were seen together outside his church on Wednesday. Paulin is a Colombian model who previously played Michelle on two episodes of Ballers.

"They met earlier in the day and he insisted she go to church with him," a source told Us Weekly. "After church, there was paparazzi outside so they snuck away from them and had an intimate, private date."

"They're totally smitten with each other," an insider told Us.

Paola Paulin is the latest sex model hanging out with Justin Bieber.

But other sources insist it's not serious. "Justin has been seeing Paola but is not exclusively dating her," a source told E! News. "He enjoys her company and hanging out with her, but he has not called her his girlfriend. He is still focusing on his health right now."

Indeed, Bieber is currently taking some time for himself after canceling the end of his Purpose Tour over the summer. Sources said at the time that he was burned out.

"It has been a process, but he's doing so much better," an insider told People. "You can talk to him and see that the old Justin is coming back. He seems happier, more energetic. It's encouraging. He's not completely there, but he's definitely on his way."

"Look, I think he'll decide to tell people when he's ready of what exactly happened. But I think he was making a decision, like he said, to protect himself. But he's 23 years old, now," his manager Scooter Braun recently told CBS News.  "And if he makes a decision as a man, as long as he's willing to listen to opinions and hear people out – if he has true conviction, I'm willing to have his back."

It makes sense that Bieber wants to concentrate on his health instead of rushing into another relationship. But that doesn't mean he wants to stay single. He told fans back in May that he wanted to find a girlfriend.

"Justin is not dating anyone exclusively," another insider told E! News. "He wants a girlfriend eventually though, but he's taking his time figuring it out before he makes a commitment."
