Justin Bieber has a new girlfriend and his fans are not having it

Not ok.

Justin Bieber's Beliebers might be some of the most hardcore out there, even beating out One Direction fans for levels of intensity. Case in point: their treatment of Bieber's rumoured new girlfriend, Paola Paulin.

Although neither Bieber nor Paulin have confirmed their relationship, the pair have been spotted out and about together a fair bit lately — even attending church together, where Paulin was apparently "screened" by Bieber's pastor. 

But regardless of their official relationship status, Bieber fans are not having a bar of it, abusing Paulin via social media with a vengeance.

Posting snake emojis and insulting comments on her Instagram photos, the Beliebers have taken jealously one step too far — and it's definitely not ok.

The abuse is similar to what Sofia Richie suffered whilst dating the 23-year-old, which was so bad that Bieber went as far to threaten setting his account to private. He later deleted the account altogether. 

If history is anything to go by, we're hoping these nasty fans keep their comments to themselves, because no one wants another account deactivation due to too many snake emojis.
