Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were amongst the powerful couple from the music industry as the duo dated on and off between 2011 and 2014. Ultimately, much to the chagrin of Jelena fans, the couple finally called it quits.
However, in some interesting news, Justin hung out with Selena at her LA abode, according to a leading US-based entertainment website. The exes have reportedly been spending more time together post-Selena kidney transplant surgery which took place sometime before mid-September.
While fans already started praying for a Jelena reunion, they are just friends and nothing romantic is going on. "They both have a long history with each other so they will always have a place in their heart for one another," an insider revealed to the website.
Selena is currently in a serious relationship with The Weeknd. The pair started dating in January 2017 and made their first red carpet appearance during the Met Gala 2017.
So one wonders, how Abel feels about his girlfriend hanging out with her famous ex. "The Weeknd is well aware that Justin and Selena were hanging out with a few friends. He trusts her... Once The Weeknd gets back from touring you will likely see them all out," the source revealed.
And how does Justin feel about Selena and The Weenknd? The source added,"Justin is happy that Selena found a good guy that treats her well. He has nothing bad to say about The Weeknd."
"Justin is always checking on Selena to make sure she is feeling good. Justin has grown up on many levels. It's nice they are friends and there for each other now," the source concluded.
