IT'S a fangirl-dream-come-true moment for Kim Chiu after getting a special shout-out from no less than Justin Bieber himself during a recent Q&A session on his Instagram account.
Bieber's fans all over the world are now paying attention to the Filipina actress, who bears the name "chinitaprincess" on Instagram, for receiving a special mention from the "Biebs."
Chiu also gained international media's attention—that got as far as Teen Vogue and InStyle Magazine—for gaining an exclusive acknowledgement from Bieber.
"Chinita, I'll see you in the Philippines" Bieber addressed the actress's comment. A Belieber through and through, the actress could not contain her excitement that she even shared the recorded shoutout from Justin, on her Instagram account.
"OK just had to post this "OMG" moment!!! check my stories for more fangirl moments with @ilovekaye haha #BieberFever!!! hello @justinbieber," her caption read.
What are the odds of getting noticed by your idol in your lifetime? Chiu is definitely living the fangirl dream. With the popularity of Bieber, it's pretty much a no-brainer how people would pay attention to anyone who gets linked to his name.
Despite her fame, success and a massive following of her own (3.6 million followers on Instagram), she is still a full-pledged fangirl at heart. Chiu admits to also idolizing Taylor Swift (she was present in almost all concerts in the Philippines) Ariana Grande, and Britney Spears among others.
It isn't the first time she has gotten the attention of international celebrities. In May, she also got noticed by famous sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian during their respective instagram live sessions.
With Bieber's Purpose World Tour in Manila on September, Kim Chiu's presence on the said concert could be expected but in regards to the possible meeting of the two—that, we have yet to find out.
