There was cause for celebration on Wednesday afternoon as a high-spirited Justin Bieber stepped out in Beverly Hills, shortly after hit single Despacito was named most streamed song of all time.
The Canadian singer, who remixed and added vocals to the track by Puerto Rican artists Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yanke, opted to go shirtless for a lunch date at local restaurant Sugarfish Sushi.
Evidently in no mood for formality, Justin, 23, showed off his growing collection of tattoos after pulling up outside the popular Japanese eatery in his distinctive Mercedes G-Wagon.

Sporting little more than a pair of red shorts and matching socks, the Sorry singer acknowledged onlookers before making his way inside.
In high spirits and with his torso appropriately clothed in a white T-shirt, Justin later pulled a series of funny faces while frolicking with a shorts-clad female on the sidewalk.
The ebullient star had good reason to let his hair down after Despacito became the most streamed track of all time with more than 4.6 billion plays.

The song has surpassed the previous record, which was set by the singer's hit track Sorry.
Universal Music Latin Entertainment announced the achievement on Tuesday, commending the song on its 4.38 billion plays since its release in January.
Despacito - which means 'slowly' in English - has been at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for months, with Fonsi saying in a statement that streaming has helped his music reach every corner of the planet.

Daddy Yankee recently ousted Ed Sheeran this year to become the first Latino artist to lead in Spotify streams, thanks in part to Despacito's success.
