Justin Bieber posts Instagram video proclaiming God's power over the devil

Justin Bieber has used photo-sharing app Instagram to proclaim God's power over the devil as he posted a video clip of himself singing Hillsong Church's new song, "Not Today."

In a recent Instagram video, Bieber is seen looking out at the water while dancing and singing to Hillsong Church's inspirational song "Not Today." In the caption, the pop star urged the viewers to worship God instead of worrying and said the devil cannot stand against God.

"Let the devil know NOT TODAY! The devil has no power when you know the LIVING God! His name is JESUS!! Why worry when you can worship," the caption on Bieber's Instagram video read.

Bieber's devotion to his Christian life has evidently helped him get rid of his bad lifestyle. Reports note that the young singer has managed to stay out of trouble as he toured around the world for his concerts, with the help of Hillsong pastor Carl Lentz.

Earlier this month, Pastor Lentz spoke to Sunrise and talked about how Bieber's relationship with Jesus Christ has transformed his life little by little. He also called the singer a "good Christian" but acknowledged that the latter still has some problems to deal with, The Gospel Herald reported.

In addition, Pastor Lentz denied rumors that Hillsong had paid Bieber to attend its four-day Closer Conference in Sydney, Australia. He said the singer came to the event of his own accord and that all of its participants paid $359 to be part of it.

Moreover, Lentz revealed that Bieber did not perform during the Sydney conference and did not come up on stage. Instead, the pop singer did what all the other participants did. For Bieber, the event gave him a chance to be "just a face in the crowd" even though everyone knew him as a superstar.

Lentz previously defended Bieber to those who criticized him for his Christian life. The Hillsong pastor told Oprah that the singer never claimed to be perfect and that he appreciated the young star's honesty that he was still a work in progress in his spiritual life.
