China Will Not Stop Banning Everything, Now It's Justin Bieber!

While Beliebers in Asia cannot contain their excitement over Bieber's "Purpose the Stadium Tour" that will make stops throughout Asia in September and October, Beliebers in China cannot help but moan over its country's strict policy.

News of the Canadian singer's ban comes right after the country had banned Disney character Winnie the Pooh after comical depictions resembling its President.

The tour which will see the "Sorry" singer appearing in Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia, has been banned in China due to his "bad behaviour".

"Justin Bieber is a gifted singer, but he is also a controversial young foreign singer," a translation of the bureau's statement read after a fan had queried the reasoning behind it.

"In order to maintain order in the Chinese market and purify the Chinese performance environment, it is not suitable to bring in badly behaved entertainers."

Although the bureau did not lay out Bieber's exact "bad behavior" on the website, Bieber created quite a controversy when he first visited the country in 2013.

On his Believe tour, he visited the Great Wall up to the top but with the help of his two bodyguards, carrying him on their shoulders which sent the citizens of China enraged of his inappropriate acts.

In addition to his repeated run-ins with the laws, he was also seen skateboarding through Beijing while being chased by his bodyguards and bicycling around while wearing a police hat.

Seems like it really is a little bit too late to say sorry now, Justin.

Taking into account to such incidences, the bureau expressed: "We hope that as Justin Bieber matures, he can continue to improve his own words and actions, and truly become a singer beloved by the public."

However, Bieber isn't the only artist who's barred from performing in China. Due to political affairs, in 2015, band Maroon 5 was forced to cancel their show in China after the group's keyboard player sent out birthday wishes to an exiled Tibetan spiritual leader, Dalai Lama.

Long before that, in 2009, the rock band Oasis was also barred after Noel Gallagher, its guitarist, performed at a Free Tibet concert in New York.

Nevertheless, safe to say that the ban on Bieber isn't exactly as strict as the ban that has been imposed on harmless cartoon character Pooh.

Alas, there's still hope for Beliebers in China!
