Though their friendship dates back to their days as teen dreams, we haven't seen Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus out and about together since 2012, when Justin Punk'd the Disney star. That all changed on Sunday, June 4th, when Justin and Miley showed up to the One Love for Manchester benefit concert together, then hung out backstage, making us wish they'd team up for a duet sometime soon.
Both artists performed at the show, which Ariana and her team put together within a matter of days. (Niall Horan, Little Mix, and Mac Miller also joined in on the star-studded lineup.) Justin sang an acoustic version of "Love Yourself" and gave an inspiring speech, while Miley sang a new song, "Inspired," as well as her cover duet with Ariana Grande, "Don't Dream It's Over."
And while the two didn't hit the stage together, photos of them backstage sure look like they're still pals, and we can't help but "Aww" over the loving, supportive vibes we're still feeling after the concert. The two were snapped walking side-by-side, with Justin in a tangerine orange zip-up jacket and matching white pants, plus glasses. Meanwhile, Miley opted for cutoff shorts, a white top and jacket, and a few layered necklaces and tall boots.
While we have literally no way of knowing what they talked about (A Bieber cameo on a new Miley song, maybe?), they look very comfortable and relaxed with each other. Justin and Miley have come a long, long way since their early days of fame, but it looks like time hasn't changed too much about their friendship.
