Justin Bieber is facing the music over a series of punches he threw down.
A 34-year-old man filed a police report on Tuesday for the incident that occurred in June when Bieber punched him in the head after he asked for an autograph, Cleveland.com reported.
Rodney Cannon of Las Vegas told Cleveland authorities that he suffered an "acute head injury" after the Biebs punched him in the head at least three times, according to the site.
Cannon reportedly took a photo of Bieber after the pop star ripped his glasses off his face. The two entered an argument about the photo before Bieber took the phone and deleted it himself.

Cannon also claims to have enjoyed a drink with Bieber at the hotel bar before the mayhem ensued.
No charges have been filed against the 22-year-old star. Despite the fight taking place in June, Cannon waited until this week to file a report.
In a video obtained by TMZ from the same night, Bieber is seen engaging in a fight with a Cleveland resident reportedly named Lamont Richmond. It is unclear if the incidents occurred at the same time.

The Grammy-winner reportedly started the fight by calling Richmond a "motherf---er" for asking for an autograph.
