There's never a dull day when Justin Bieber's around but there's some slightly unexpected news today after reports that he's being investigated following an incident in which a man was headbutted at a pre-GRAMMYs event last weekend.
Authorities say they are yet to speak to Justin and it's not been confirmed whether he was involved or whether he just got caught up in the altercation.
The incident itself went down outside LA restaurant Serafina and according to TMZ, the Biebs was seen playfighting with actor Kyle Massey outside when he noticed a man filming him. They allege he asked the man to stop filming and the situation escalated, but that has not been officially confirmed.
"There is an open investigation where someone inside the establishment called and said that something happened with him [Bieber] outside," the sheriff's department told ET of the incident.
The folk from the restaurant also don't seem sure what went down and Caroline McBride, Director of Public Relations for Serafina Restaurant Group, tells ET: "We know very little about the alleged incident at Serafina Sunset with Justin Bieber, but we can assure you that nobody from our staff was involved, nor did we call the police.
"We always have pleasant experiences with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina."
Guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens, but sccording to TMZ, the alleged victim doesn't want to press charges against the Biebs, but the misdemeanour battery investigation is still ongoing.
Gulp.
