Did Justin Bieber Seriously Fake Being Sick To Skip His Deposition??

Sounds like Justin Bieber has been caught faking!!

According to TMZ, the pop star was scheduled to appear for a deposition on February 8 in the Sorry music case. The singer has been accused of copping a songwriter's sample for the hit song.

Well, Biebs' team gave only a couple hours notice he wouldn't be able to attend due to being "ill." The lawyers, who flew to Los Angeles from Nashville for the depo, are claiming Justin faked his sickness after a night of partying!!

Their proof?? YouTube videos of the 22-year-old showing him drinking at a house party and at Bootsy Bellows… earlier on the same day he was supposed to show up to be deposed.

The songwriter's attorneys are requesting Bieber fly to Nashville in March for the deposition now.
